About ARX

ARX is a multi-tenanted facility for Lifesciences spread across c.5.5 acres in Genome Valley, Hyderabad. The integrated campus has total built up size of 250,000 sq.ft of which 100,000 sq.ft. would be ready for fit-outs by July 2022.

Additionally, ARX offers a lot of flexibility. The floors are completely free to be designed and divided in a way that suits the tenant. Labspaces can be customized in modules of 5,000 sq.ft. resulting in comfortable work places making it ideal for R&D and clean manufacturing companies.
